Soccer games

Saturday, October 10th, Kevin and I went to the school fields to watch Austin and Rachel play soccer. As usual, Rachel attached herself to Grandpa. Here you see her "before" hairdo.

My friend Susie, ramblingsofsusie.blogspot.com, reminded me on facebook about the NaNoWriMo. If you haven't heard of that, its posting a blog for every day of the month in November. So this is number one.

Randy Black's viewing and graveside service

Here they are at the viewing. Sorry to cut off your head, Mike. Kevin, (grandpa) Mandi, Mike, Mitchell, Austin and Rachel.

The Black family--Before Randy died (Mike's dad), he bought matching dresses for his granddaughters and matching shirts and ties for his grandsons. Also, his sons got ties to match the boys.

Rachel is always so happy to see us, especially her grandpa. She came running and jumped into grandpa's arms.

I was trying to get a shot of Mandi's family around the coffin so if you look close you can see Austin and Rachel with their backs to us. The boy in the foreground is Porter Black.

This is at the graveside at Murray City Cemetary. According to his son, Adam who spoke at the funeral service, Randy loved Murray. Here is a shot of his five children, Adam, Lizzie, Amie, Becca and Mike.
