mowing

Here's the before and after of our garden. Kevin was mowing the corn patch as I left for work on Saturday.

Chef Brad

Brad lit the fire while Kevin drove to work to pick up the steaks. Don't ask me why the steaks were at work. They were really delicious.

Under construction.

I stopped to get gas one day last week and looked at the school building. They are really making progress on it. The sign says it will be done next year.

Halloween

I worked til 8 on Halloween night but I did get a picture of Kyra and Brad when they came home from the Halloween party at church.

Halloween costume

Kyra asked me to make her a Halloween costume and this is what we came up with. I will have the finished product posted later. It was super easy!

Outback!

On the Saturday before we headed home, we took Cody out to dinner at Outback in Provo. Cody ordered the Ahi appetizer--he had a very filling lunch earlier in the day.

Kevin ordered Rib Eye. Sorry about the blurriness.

I ordered a New York steak--I think. I really don't remember. All I remember is that it was the most delicious, juiciest steak ever! Honestly, their steaks are the best.

I ordered this lemonade. Guess what flavor? The most delicious, yummiest yet--pomegranate-mango!! It was so good. The next time you go to Outback, you have to order this flavor lemonade.

It was very nice to spend some time with Cody and buy him dinner.

Girl talk

While we were staying at Danny and Jenny's last month, Jenny had a friend over for a sleepover. They were going for a Breast Awareness Walk in Liberty Park the next morning. After I finished getting ready, I joined them in the bathroom to enjoy some girl time. Jenny is the one in the striped shirt and that's her friend, Makenna.
