One day, a very long time ago now, I asked Danny for a poem because I wanted to put it in the paper for "Love Lines" to Kevin. This is what he came up with:

i tried to run away one time

got caught up in your fishing line.

you lured me back to you somehow

New Years' Resolutions

There, I did it. I'm shaking just a little bit. Every month, I will post updates. And now for the really hard part--pictures! There won't be any pictures of me in a bikini since I don't own one and never will.

Look what I just took out of the oven! Bubbling, steaming Macaroni and cheese--made from scratch! Yummy! Its a banner day when I cook, due to my schedule not being conducive to eating at a reasonable hour.

Tuesday was my day off so I got out the broom (I couldn't find the rake) and swept the leaves up against the retaining wall.

It looks so much better!

This is too funny...

Yesterday after work, I did some Christmas shopping and when I went through Katie's line (at Walmart) she asked me if my husband went to church with me. So after I stopped laughing, she wanted to know if he had a calling and then I whipped out my cell phone and camera to show her pictures of him. As she's looking at the picture, she starts nodding her head, saying, "Oh yes, I know who he is". :)
