I know you've all been wondering why I didn't post measurements and weight on the 17th but I decided to push it back to the 7th which coincides with my birthdate next month! So here's this months measurements:
Feb 17th--139 pounds
Apr 7th--136 1/2
down 2 1/2 total lost--11 pounds!
Feb 17th: ribcage--32 3/4"
Apr 7th: ribcage--32 1/2"
down 1/4"--total lost: 1/2"
Feb 17th: waist--33 1/2"
Apr 7th: waist--32 1/2"
down 1"-- total lost:3 1/2"
feb 17th: hips--39 1/2"
apr 7th: hips--38 1/4"
down 1 1/4"--total lost: 3 1/4"
feb 17th: thighs--21"
apr 7th: thighs--21"
same--total lost 3/4"
feb 17th: calf--13 7/8"
apr 7th: calf--13 3/8"
down 1/2" total lost: 3/4"
feb 17th: bicep--12"
apr 7th: bicep--11 7/8"
down 1/8"--total lost: 3/8"
My favorite is the 3 1/4 inches off my hips!!!!! Stay tuned for futher developments next month.
