Fitness Train


You may have been wondering what happened to my resolution--well, to put it one way, I fell off the fitness train. I got back on board and this is the result



sept 27-148lbs

oct 7-144lbs!

  1. Go Grandma Kathleen!!! I have been on a health kick too. I have been walking every day and sometimes i even go for a run (not too often though).
